Each of our customers is allocated a dedicated account manager who becomes their single point of contact for any requirement they may need and who ensures any matters are dealt with in a timely, and effective, manner. Maintaining a comparatively well-staffed external and internal account management teams enables us to go that extra mile in delivering products and services that meet our customers’ requirements. Each account manager has extensive knowledge of our range of lubricants and associated products, and develops strong relationships with their own portfolio of customers in order to understand each and every need.
