Lydia Walmsley had a challenging weekend in Mini Challenge UK as, despite having a DNF in the first race of the weekend, finished a creditable 6th position in her class in both the second and third races. Lydia's next race weekend will take place on 23rd and 24th October at Brands Hatch, which will be the last racing weekend of the season and she will be looking to finish her debut season in the JCW class on a high with as many points as possible.

The title race is hotting up in the British Truck Racing Championship Division 1 as Dave Jenkins took home three podiums across the weekend at Pembrey. With just a few points separating Dave and the other title-chasers, all eyes will be on Brands Hatch on the weekend of 6th and 7th November for the final round.

In Division 2, Craig Reid was in phenomonal form as he won 4 of the 5 races on offer and took home second in the fifth race. Craig looks to have all-but wrapped up the Division 2 title but will be looking to put the rubber stamp on the division at Brands Hatch next month.

Luke Harris continued his fine form and maintained his confidence in his meeting at VMCC, where he had three rides and went unbeaten, winning the open solo class on his 500cc bike.

Bathams Racing had an emotional weekend as they headed to the latest round of the National Superstock 1000 Championship at Donington Park, with Taylor Mackenzie taking an unlikely victory in the second race, despite having to start the race in 31st position, before announcing his retirement from the sport.
