Morris Lubricants backs John’s hospice superstore graffiti clean-up mission
Shrewsbury’s very own clean up hero, who’s been nicknamed ‘The Sign Guy’, has been in action again – this time cleaning a wall of the Severn Hospice Superstore, which was covered in graffiti. The building is adjacent to Morris Lubricants’ factory, where they have been manufacturing quality oils and lubricants on-site since 1927.

Air ambulance has lift off as Morris Lubricants donates £20,000
Employees at a leading Shrewsbury business have skydived, climbed mountains, ran an ultra-marathon, played sports matches and baked cakes to raise £20,000 for Midlands Air Ambulance Charity over the last 2 years. All the money raised by Morris Lubricants will support the life-saving advanced pre-hospital care provided by the air ambulance service to those in critical need.

A man who has kept machinery at one of Shropshire’s oldest firms running smoothly for 46 years is preparing for semi-retirement. Chris Williams, who joined Morris Lubricants in his hometown of Shrewsbury as a 16-year-old trainee, will stand down from his key role as Engineering Manager after decades of dedicated service to the oil and lubricants manufacturer.
